KSA provided contract drawings and specifications for the construction of a detached 10,000 square foot, eight classroom wing at Fairfield Elementary. The facility is built directly adjacent and accessible to the main classroom/administrative building on campus. The classroom addition is constructed with load bearing concrete masonry units on concrete foundation with a steel roof structure. It is wrapped with a veneer that complement the existing main building that was constructed in the 1930s. Acoustic ceiling, vinyl floor, and painted CMUs comprise the interior finish with tubular aluminum insulated windows and painted steel door frames with veneered solid wood doors.
