KSA completed a four-phase master planning, programming, and design project for the Shreveport-Bossier Rescue Mission, which provides shelter and services for the homeless. The first phase was the construction of a 29,000 square foot emergency center and administrative building with a playground, perimeter fencing and 16 parking spaces. A 15,000 square foot entrepreneurial training center, built during Phase 2, consists of classrooms, workshops, computer labs, training rooms, and 22 parking spaces. A 39,000 square foot, three-story transitional housing unit with 35 parking spaces was built during phase three. The fourth and final phase of the project was the construction of a 6,000 square foot thrift shop with 13 parking spaces.
