KSA is pleased to welcome Clay Livingston, P.E., PMP, to our Municipal Services Group. Clay will serve as a Project Engineer in Austin, Texas. Clay received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, as well as his Master of Science in Civil Engineering. He is registered as a Professional Engineer in the State of Texas, as well as a licensed Site Evaluator for On-Site Sewage Facilities (OSSFs) through the TCEQ. Clay is also certified as a Project Management Professional through the Project Management Institute (PMI). With 11 years of experience in his professional career, Clay brings an immense background of engineering, development consulting, site development, and public infrastructure and utilities experience. Clay has provided services on drainage, roadway, pavement, storm water, and wastewater projects of all sizes. Clay’s contacts will strengthen KSA’s client base and expand into new areas.
Clay was born in San Antonio, Texas but grew up in Austin. He knew early on during his school years he wanted to become an engineer. With the desire to better the world around him and understand the built environment, Clay decided on civil engineering and said it came naturally.
Notable Project Experience
Clay’s diverse project experience includes various water and wastewater infrastructure projects for clients ranging from city utility providers to municipal utility districts. Everything from transmission lines to large pipe networks, as well as lift stations, pump stations, storage tanks, and re-use irrigation have broadened his skill set and the value he brings to clients.
